Jenny’s career has been as a technical author working in computer research and development. For many years she has, however, also been a campaigner for sustainable transport and better planning. So when there was an opportunity to start a project bringing planning and transport together, it was irresistible, and thus Transport for New Homes was born. Jenny believes that an important part of campaigning is explaining to the non-specialist how the system works in plain language and concepts. That way non-specialists can see where and why things are going wrong and properly appreciate how they can be put right.
