For our second report we looked at the Garden Communities programme and where Housing Infrastructure Fund money was being spent (hint: not on public transport)

Planning for the Future white paper published

The government published some radical proposals for planning reform. We weren’t convinced they would help create well connected new homes.

Building Car Dependency report

Government response to our previous reports was that we just needed to wait a few years and the public transport and walkable neighbourhoods would appear. So we went back to check. And the places we’d previously visited had got worse.
